摘　　要：高剂量率（HDR）近距离放射治疗对很多种癌症的治疗是非常有效果的。这些癌症包括：前列腺癌，妇科癌，乳腺癌，头和颈部的癌，食道癌，肺癌，直肠癌和其他癌症初期或者部分转移的癌症。本文综述了在前列腺癌中高剂量率近距离放射治疗的原理。目前所采用的治疗技术，临床应用研究以及其未来发展方向。High-dose rate brachytherapy is effective on many various of cancer. These cancers include： prostate cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, head and neck＇s cancer, esophagus cancer, lung cancer, rectum cancer, early days of cancer and a part of transfer cancer. A review is presented here, it covered with the principle of high-dose-rate brachytherapy for prostate cancer, the treatment technology up to the present, the expectation and current situation of the clinical research .
