摘 要:利用-β环糊精对有害物质、香精等的包合性能以及壳聚糖的抗菌性能,开发抗菌保健织物.探讨了β-环糊精用量、壳聚糖分子量及交联剂对整理织物吸附香精和甲苯量的影响,研究了整理织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌性能.结果表明,-β环糊精的浓度为30 g/L时,整理织物对香精和甲苯的吸附量最大.壳聚糖分子量越大吸附量越大,但抑菌效果差.加入交联剂可提高-β环糊精在织物上的耐洗性.The hydrophobic cavity of β-cyclodextrin is capable of including a variety of hydrophobic compounds such as injurant and essence. Chitosan possesses higher antibacterial activity. They were used to prepare the antibiotic and hygienical fabric. The effects of the dosage of β-cyclodextrin, the molecular weight of chitosan and the cross-linking agent on adsorbing essence and toluene of finished fabrics were studied. The antibiotic activity of finished fabrics was evaluated against Staphyloccus aurueus, bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli. The results indicated that the maximum adsorption of finished fabrics was obtained when the dosage of β-cyclodextrin was 30 g/L. The fabric finished with chitosan of higher molecular weights had better adsorption ability and lower antibiotic activity. The adsorption of washed fabric could be improved by using cross-linking agent.
