凹凸棒石黏土超细粉制备工艺研究

摘　　要：以凹凸棒石黏土为原料进行了喷雾干燥法制备凹凸棒石黏土粉体的工艺研究,实验得到的最佳工艺条件是:浆料流量0.6 mL/min,进风量18 m3/min,气流压力0.18 MPa,浆料质量分数1.4%。红外光谱和扫描电镜考察发现,采用喷雾干燥法既可得到所需的粒度又可保护晶体结构。The research of preparing attapulgite powder with spray drying method was carried out. The optimum process conditions obtained from the tests were as follows： slurry flow rate 0.6 ml/min, air input 18 m^3/min, air pressure 0.18 MPa, slurry density 1.4%. IR,SEM research results showed that wanted particle size and best crystal structure of attapulgite could be obtained by spray drying method.
