重庆市社区全科医师艾滋病相关知识及态度调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区全科医师艾滋病相关知识及态度,为基层医师艾滋病防治知识的培训及社区艾滋病防治工作的开展提供依据。[方法]于2005年3月～2006年5月对参加重庆市全科医师岗位培训的全体学员进行问卷调查。[结果]调查对象对艾滋病基本知识的平均正确率为46.37%,其中平均潜伏期、主要继发感染、会否遗传和艾滋病中文全称的正确率均不到30%。艾滋病流行病学知识平均正确率为73.85%,其中艾滋病的3大传播途径正确率在91%以上。艾滋病预防与控制知识的平均正确率为66.72%。98%的全科医师表示会对艾滋病病人持关怀帮助的态度,71.63%的愿意为艾滋病病人提供服务,96.18%的认为需要接受培训。[结论]社区全科医师的艾滋病知识水平尚有待提高,应重视和加强社区全科医生艾滋病相关知识的学习和专业技能的培训。[Objective] To understand the knowledge and attitude related to AIDS among the community general practitioners, to provide evidence for the training of theAIDS related knowledge and the prevention and control of AIDS in community. [MethOdS] Questionnaire investigation was conducted on all the students taking part in occupation training of general practitioners in Chongqing area from Mar. 2005 to May 2006. [Results] The average correct rate of the basic knowledge about AIDS was 46.37% in the investigated people, the correct rate of the delitescence、 the secondary infection、 inheritance and the Chinese name for AIDS were all below 30%. The average correct rate of the AIDS epidemiologic knowledge was 73.85%, among which the correct rate of the three transmission routes was above 91%. The average correct rate of the knowledge about AIDS prevention and control was 66.72%. 98% of the general practitioners would like to give care and offer hdp to the AIDS patients. 71.63% of them would like to offer services for the AIDS patients. 96.18% of them thought that the training was necessary. [Conclusion] The level of AIDS related knowledge of community general practitioners is supposed to be advanced, and we should enhance the training of AIDS related knowledge and the professional skill cultivation of the community general practitioners.
