摘　　要：介绍PID控制系统的原理,STEP7编程软件的特点,WinCC操作员监控系统及SIMATIC的全集成自动化方案,并结合本厂转炉生产过程中的具体应用及其效果来说明转炉生产过程中的PID控制。The present paper introduces principle of the PID control system, characteristics of the STEP7 programming software, the Win CC operator monitoring system and SIMATIC full integrated automatic scheme, and describes the PID control in the process of converter refining in combination with the practical application and its results in converter production in No. 1 Steel-making Plant.
