摘　　要：高校辅导员要充分认识思想政治工作面临的新形势,针对大学生思想观念、价值取向的新特点,探索新的工作思路和工作方法,切实做好大学生思想政治工作。Instructors in university should fully know the new situation of ideological and political work, in accordance with the new characteristics of students＇ concepts and value-orientation, probe into new work thoughts and methods and do the work well.
