听觉诱发电位对椎基底动脉短暂缺血性眩晕的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨听觉诱发电位对椎基底动脉短暂缺血性眩晕（VBTIV）诊断的临床意义。方法 选择VBTIV患者50例。采用丹麦Madsen公司2260型脑干诱发电位（ABR）系统测试。测试时给予交替短声刺激，感觉级75dBSL，最大输出为120dBpeSPL。分别给予11次／s和51次／S的ABR测试。左右耳分别检测。结果 高刺激率51次／SABR测试较11次／S在波潜伏期、波阃期以及波形的诊断方面可明显提高VBTIV诊断的阳性率．其早期诊断阳性率可达到75％。结论 51次／s的高刺激率ABR有助于VBTIV的早期诊断。Objective To increase the diagnostic value and monitor the process of vertebrobasilar transient ischemic vertigo（VBTIV）, this experiment makes use of the increasing stimulus rate ABR（ISRABR） diagnostic method for VBTIV. To study the diagnostic clinical significant of VBTIV. Methods Healthy adults group was composed of 50 healthy adults. VBTIV group was composed of 50 VBTIV patients. 2260 ABR system which was made by Madsen company in denmark was applied. Alternative click was given to the stimulus ear. Record the thresholds of two ears. Parameter： hearing level 75 dBSL, the largest output 120 dBpeSPL. The stimulus frequency 11/see and 51/see. Results The results showed that the ISRABR diagnoses VBTIV was significantly higher than those of the conventional ABR. The significant rate of diagnose was no less than 75 %. Conclusion ABR with high stimulus rates can help the forepart diagnosis of VBTIV.
