急性白血病骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性白血病（acute leukemia）患者骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用荧光流式细胞仪测定35例急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133的表达。结果 急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133表达水平为18．6％（0．54％～92．42％），正常对照组骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133表达水平为0．26％（0．02％～0．53％），两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。急性白血病患者中骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133高表达阳性率的病例占40％，其完全缓解率为42．9％，低于CD133高表达阴性组的76．2％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 骨髓单个核细胞膜CD133的表达可作为急性白血病患者的疗效、预后判定指标。Objective To evaluate the expression of CD133 and it＇s clinical value in acute leukemia patients. Methods The expression of CD133 in BMMNC from 35 acute leukemia patients were detected by flow-cytometry. Results The expression of CD133 in acute leukemia patients was significantly higher than that in normal control group （18.6 % verse 0.26 % , P 〈 0.01 ）. The middle expression rates in BMMNC from acute leukemia patients was 18.6 % （0.54 % -92.42 % ）. The high position rates of CD133 was 40 96 , their CR rate was lower than that of negative ones（42.9 % verse 76.2 % , P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The expression of CD133 can be taken for a referen6onal index to judge the clinical effect and evaluate the prognosis of acute leukemia patients. The high position rates of CD133 might convey adverse prognosis of acute leukemia.
