比亚芬预防乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁放射性皮肤损伤的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察比亚芬预防乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法:50例乳腺癌改良根治术后需要胸壁放疗的患者随机分为2组,每组25例,治疗组在第1次放疗后给予比亚芬涂抹照射野皮肤,对照组只做常规放疗皮肤护理的宣教,不涂任何药物。结果:对照组和治疗组急性放射性皮炎Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的发生率分别为28%、52%、20%和60%、28%、12%;急性放射性皮炎发生在25GY以前的分别为80%和56%。两组具有明显的统计学差异。结论:比亚芬能有效地降低乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁放射性皮肤损伤的程度,并且能推迟损伤出现的时间。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of biafine cream to prevent acute radiation - induced dermal injury on the breast in breast carcinoma patients after modified mastectomy. Methods： Fifty breast carcinoma patients who accepted radiotherapy of breast after mastectomy were randomized into two groups, every group were 25, the treatment group was given biafine cream application since the first radiotherapy while the control group without this medication when general and health education program about radiotherapy was given. Results： The rates of acute radiation dermatitis of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in the treatment group and in the control group were 28%, 52%, 20% and 60% ,28% , 12%, respectively; acute radiation dermatitis occurred before 25Gy were 80% and 56% , respectively. Conclusion： Biafine cream can prevent acute radiation response in skin on the breast in breast carcinoma patients after modified mastectomy, and can postpone the occurrence of acute radiation dermatitis.
