摘　　要：目的:探讨Ezrin、VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测50例胃癌组织、25例胃粘膜不典型增生和25例正常胃粘膜中Ezrin、VEGF的表达。结果:Ezrin在正常胃粘膜、不典型增生和胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为28.0%、36.0%和86.0%。VEGF在正常胃粘膜、不典型增生和胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为12.0%、32.0%和58.0%。Ezrin、VEGF在胃癌、不典型增生和正常胃粘膜中的表达率逐渐上升,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Ezrin、VEGF的表达程度均与胃癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与胃癌的分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Ezrin和VEGF的表达之间呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:Ezrin、VEGF在胃癌中的高表达与胃癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关,二者的联合检测可能成为预测胃癌转移及预后的重要指标。Objective： To explore the expression of Ezrin and VEGF in gastric carcinoma, and investigate their correlations to clinicopathologic features of gastric carcinoma. Methods： The expression of Ezrin and VEGF in 50 specimens of gastric carcinoma, 25 specimens of gastric epithelial dysplasia and 25 specimens of normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Their correlation to clinicopathologic features of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. Results： The positive rates of Ezrin and VEGF were the lowest in normalgastric tissues, and increased gradually inepithelial dysplasia and gastriccareinoma （28.0% , 36.0% and 86.0% ; 12.0% , 32.0% and 58.0% ） （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Ezrin and VEGF was correlated to clinical stage, lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not to differentiation （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Ezrin was positively correlated to that of VEGF in gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The increasing expressions of Ezrin and VEGF were correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, it is useful to forecast metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma by combined examine.
