摘　　要：目的:探讨肛周Paget病术后暴露创面修复的理想方法。方法:118例肛周Paget病患者手术彻底切除病变组织,术后创面采用肛周局部皮瓣修复。结果:118例患者皮瓣全部成活,随访9个月至8年,外观及功能良好。结论:用肛周局部皮瓣修复肛周Paget病术后创面,血供可靠,方法简便易行,皮瓣容易成活,是肛周Paget病术后暴露创面修复的理想方法。Objective： To explore perianal Paget＇s disease＇s ideal repairing methods of exposed raw surface after operations. Methods：Total of 118 patients with perianal Paget＇s disease were excised thoroughly affection tissues ,then repaired raw surface by regional flap. Results：All flapes in 118 cases were successful , follow - up 9 monthes - 8 years ,appearance and function were well. Conclusion： We using perianal regional flap to repair raw surface of perianal Paget＇s disease after operation,with sufficient blood supply, easy to survival, and flaps taking easily. This is an ideal method to repair exposed raw surface of perianal Paget＇s disease after operation.
