摘　　要：产业研发联盟是基于研发合作而形成的战略联盟形式。在竞争性产业研发联盟中,每个成员从其利润最大化出发决定其研发产出。研究分析竞争性产业研发联盟与进入壁垒的关系问题,研究发现,竞争性研发联盟的进入壁垒会导致市场圈定的发生。Industrial research alliances（IRA） is a new form of strategic alliance. In competitive IRA, each partner determines its research expenditure to maximize its own profit. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between CIRA structure and entrance barriers. From the previous results, the paper points out that entrance barriers in IRA can result in market foreclosure. Based on these results, we give three policy suggestions.
