摘　　要：知识创新的效率和有效性直接影响着企业知识管理(KM)的实施效果。通过改进后的SECI模型对KM中的知识创新机理进行了深入的分析与探讨,并提出了相应的管理策略,以指导企业KM的具体实施过程。The efficiency and availability of knowledge innovation directly impacts on enterprise knowledge management （KM） applying effect. In this paper, based on the improved SEIC model, knowledge innovation mechanism in KM view is deeply and widely discussed and analyzed. Simultaneously, some corresponding management methods and strategies are conceived and put forward. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
