摘 要:以皖麦38为材料,设追氮量为0、25.0、50.07、5.0、100.01、25.01、50.0 kg/hm27个处理,研究了拔节期不同追氮量对优质强筋小麦品质的调节效应。结果表明:拔节期不同追氮量对皖麦38品质有明显的调节作用,拔节期追氮有利于皖麦38品质的改善,且在实验施氮范围内,随着施氮量的增加,容重、蛋白质含量、出粉率等籽粒品质及湿面筋含量、形成时间、稳定时间等面粉品质都不断提高,其中追氮150.0 kg/hm2时品质最优。In the field test with Wanmai 38 as material,the N fertilizer application concentrations were set up as 7 treatments of 0,25.0,50.0,75.0, 100.0,125.0,150.0 kg/hm^2 to study the adjustment effect of different dosages of N fertilizer on the quality of Wanmai 38 in the jointing stage.The result indicated that different dosages of N fertilizer in the jointing stage had obvious adjustment effect on the quality of Wanmai 38 and favored the quality improvement of Wanmai 38.In the test range of N fertilizer,as the N fertilizer increased, the grain quality of volume weight, protein content, flour yield etc. and flour quality of wet gluten content, forming time for bread and stable time etc. were increased gradually, in which the optimum quality was obtained at N fertilizer of 150.0 kg/hm^2.
