摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性淋巴瘤脾脏浸润灶化疗后超声造影灌注动态表现。方法:回顾性分析3例恶性淋巴瘤中11个脾浸润病灶经不同化疗周期后超声表现特点。结果:恶性淋巴瘤脾脏浸润灶化疗后造影显示筛网样强化,可出现少量对比剂沉积。结论:超声造影对恶性淋巴瘤脾脏浸润灶进行治疗后的诊断有较高价值。Objective： To investigate the typical features of Malignant Lymphoma after Chemotherapy. Methods： 3 cases with malignant Lymphoma after a few rounds of chemotherapy were examined with contrast-enhanced sonography, including 11 spleens infiltration lesion. Results： Features of contrast-enhancement of some internal lesions of spleen were sponge-like enhancement, The minor lesions had deposition of contrast agent. Conclusion： Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a valuable diagnostic and follow-up methord.
