摘 要:传统的TB-L热风温度控制方式在实际运行过程中很难达到制丝工艺要求,而且当外部环境发生变化时,系统时常出现不稳定、调节时间长、超调量较大等问题。为此,采用复合PID技术对超级回潮机和润叶加料机的热风温度控制系统进行了改进,有效提高了热风温度控制精度,满足了热风温度控制在125℃±1℃范围内的工艺要求,提高了烟叶的加工质量。The traditional TB-L control mode of hot air temperature could hardly meet the requirement of primary processing technology, and the problems of temperature fluctuation, long adjusting time, and over regulation frequently occurred in case the outside environment varied. The control system of hot air temperature in super conditioner and conditioning and casing cylinder was improved with complex PID technology. The temperature of hot air was controlled in the range of 125℃±1℃ which met the technical requirement of control precision, and the processing quality of tobacco leaf was improved.
