摘 要:由于TiNi形状记忆合金的加工性能差,采用传统方法很难制备厚度小于0.1 mm的薄板,而纯Ti和纯Ni具有良好的加工性能,因此,可以先制备TiNi复合材料,再通过扩散热处理制备TiNi合金材料。采用热压制坯+冷轧+热处理的技术路线,制备了厚度为50μm的TiNi合金箔。为顺利实现冷轧过程,热压复合坯应具有一定的结合强度,合理的热压参数为:真空度1×10-2Pa、压力5 MPa、温度750℃、保温时间15 min。为保证冷轧过程中试样不开裂,冷轧第一道次的压下率应大于30%。复合箔于真空中950℃下保温60 min,可以制备TiNi合金箔,但表面质量有待改进。Thin foils of TiNi shape memory alloy with the thickness less than 0.1mm were hard to be produced by traditional technology due to the poor mechanical working properties of the alloy. However, both pure Ti and Ni have good working properties. So these two metals could be used to prepare TiNi composition, which followed by TiNi alloy through diffusing heat treatment. In this paper, thin foils of TiNi shape memory alloy with the of thickness 50μm were produced by the technology made by three stages of hot-pressing, cold-rolling and heat-treatment. In order to make cold-rolling successfully, the multi-layers after hot-pressing should have enough combine-intensity. The optimal parameters of hot-pressing were as follows: vacuum: 1 × 10^-2 Pa, press: 5 MPa, temperature: 750℃, heat holding time: 15 min. The reduction of the first pass should be more than 30% to make sure the sample would not become cracked during cold-rolling. The compounded foils were finally produced to be TiNi shape memory alloys after being heated in vacuum with the temperature up to 950 ℃ for 60 min. But the quality of the foil surface should be improved later.
