摘  要:论述了金属塑性成形过程中有限元模拟的Markov变分原理和刚塑性本构方程;阐述了数值模拟中的离散化和线性化算法及刚性方程的求解方法。由整体刚度方程求解节点速度增量,结合有限元网格划分形函数,得到有限元模拟的应力场与应变场及应变率增量。此外,给出了刚塑性有限元模拟的步骤和算法发展趋势。在刚度方程求解时,仍需要一种快速收敛算法,同时保证模拟精度要求。Markov principle and the theory of rigid-plastic FEM equation of the metal plastic forming were introduced. The discrete and linear arithmetic as well as the solution of the rigid-plastic FEM equation were explained. Combined with the finite element mesh unit function, the stress field, the strain field and the strain rate increment were obtained from solving the node velocity increment of the rigid equation. At the same time, the procedure of rigid-plastic finite element simulation and the development trend of the arithmetic were shown. A fast method for restraining the algorithm was still needed when rigidity equation was solved simultaneously to ensure the simulation precision.
