摘　　要：民国时期中国私立大学凭借比公立大学相对宽松自由的氛围,结合学校特点开展学校德育。从政治态度、办学成因与动机、融资方式、机制创新等方面对学生进行德育,效果显著,值得借鉴。The writer reviews the advantages of effective ethic education in relatively free atmosphere of the private universities During the Republic of China （ 1912 - 1949）. The paper studies the workable moral education from the angles of political attitude, intention and motivation of running a school, the mode of financing and mechanism innovation.
