摘　　要：地方医学院校受地域和办学资源的局限在今后的发展中受到限制,但在坚持科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的形势下,也为地方医学院校的发展提供了新的机遇。地方医学院校只要选择正确的发展战略,重视文化建设,就可能形成和保持持续的竞争优势。The development of local medical universities and colleges has been limited by district and educational resources. But by upholding the scientific development view and constructing the socialist harmonious society, the new developmental opportunities are offered for kraal medical universities and colleges. As long as kraal medical universities and colleges select correct developmental strategies and pay attention to culture construction, the competitive superiority can be formed and kept.
