摘　　要：测绘装备体系建设是一项复杂的系统工程。本文试图将需求工程理论和系统工程方法应用于测绘装备体系建设之中，旨在通过使命任务分析、功能体系结构分解／分配、装备体系结构综合集成，形成规范化的、没有二义性的测绘装备体系需求。提出的需求分析方法适用于测绘装备体系发展战略研究、规划计划制定、以及各种测绘装备系统、测绘装备型号研制的立项论证。Construction of surveying and mapping equipment system is a comprehensive system engineering. In this paper, requirement engineering theory and system engineering method are used in construction of the surveying and mapping equipment system for forming its standardized requirement files through analyzing mission, disintegrating function architecture and integrating equipment architecture. The requirement analysis method above is applicable to strategy research, plan design and engineering argumentation on the surveying and mapping equipments.
