摘　　要：医院要发展，学科是基础，人才是关键，水平是标志。如何处理好这三者的关系，文章着重就把握优化学科结构的基本点、确立面向未来的基准点、占领学科前沿的制高点、抓好人才梯队的关键点、打牢物质条件的支撑点、强化医疗科研的结合点、选准学科投入的着力点等问题，进行了有益的探讨。In the development of hospitals, medical branches are the basis, specialists the crucial factor, and the level of medical skill the very hallmark. On how to handle the relationships among the three, the author makes a profitable study on fixing the cardinal point to optimize the structure of medical branches, setting down the base point to face the future, seizing the commanding point at the forefront of the branches, grasping the crucial point of forming the specialist echelon, holding fast the point of material support, strengthening the meeting point of medical treatment and scientific research and seeking the point of effort for branch input.
