百优解+尼尔雌醇治疗更年期妇女抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗抑郁药百优解+尼尔雌醇治疗更年期妇女抑郁症的疗效。方法:170例更年期抑郁症患者随机分为百优解+尼尔雌醇(联合)组,尼尔雌醇组和百优解组。用Hamiltom抑郁量表(HAMD)评价抑郁的严重程度,Kupperman评分指数(KMI)评价绝经期症状。结果:联合组、尼尔雌醇组和百优解组治疗后的HAMD总分(5.66±4.68、10.58±5.47、8.77±5.06)比治疗前(23.85±4.56、22.96±4.69、23.16±5.09)低(P<0.01);联合组、尼尔雌醇组和百优解组治疗后的KMI(7.59±4.81、9.89±6.82、8.29±5.12)比治疗前(32.16±7.52、32.35±7.26、32.03±6.96)低(P<0.01)。结论:百优解+尼尔雌醇能更显著地改善更年期妇女抑郁症的临床症状。Objective： To study the effect of prozac with nilestriol in the treatment of peri-menopausal women with depression. Methods： One hundred and seventy peri-menopausal women with depression were randomly assigned into prozac with nilestriol group, nilestriol group and pmzac group. HAMD was used to evaluate the serious degree of depression, and KMI was used to assess the menopausal symptoms. Results： The HAMD score among pmzac with nilestriol group, nilestriol group and pmzac group after treatment was 5.65 ± 4.68, 10.58 ± 5.47 and 8.77 ± 5.06, respectively, 23.85±4.56, 22.96±4.69, 23.16±5.09 before treatment（P 〈0.01）. The KMI score among nilestriol with prozae group, nilestriol group and prozac group after treatment was 7.59 ± 4.81, 9.89 ± 6.82 and 8.29 ± 5.12, respectively, 32.16 ± 7.52, 32.35 ± 7.26 and 32.03 ± 6.96 before treatment （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion- Pmzac with nilestriol can improve the clinical symptoms of the peri-menopausal women with depression.
