摘  要:目的:将乳香、没药挥发油制成β-CD包合物,并考察其质量。方法:采用均匀试验法研究β-CD包合工艺;应用薄层色谱、差动热分析和X-射线衍射分析法对包合物进行质量考察。结果:该包合物确已形成一种新的物相,包合前、后挥发油组成无变化。结论:β-CD包合技术可以使乳香、没药挥发油固体化,从而减少挥发损失。OBJECTIVE : To prepare β-CD inclusion compound of frankincense and myrrh essential oil and to investigate its quality. METHODS: The technique of β-CD inclusion was studied by uniformity experimental design, and the quality of the inclusion compound was investigated by analyses of TCL, DSC (Differential scanning calorimetry) and X-ray diffraction. RESULTS: A new material phase has been formecl in this β-CD inclusion compound, and no change was found in the components of the essential oil after inclusion. CONCLUSION: β-CD inclusion technique can make frankincense and myrrh essential oil solidified, thus decreasing its loss from volatilization.
