摘  要:目的:建立肝宁颗粒中川芎的鉴别与阿魏酸(FA)的含量测定方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别川芎;采用HPLC法测定FA的含量。色谱柱:Kromasil ODS-1 C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水冰醋酸(30:69.5:0.5);检测波长:322nm;柱温:室温:流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果:供试品TLC中,在与川芎对照药材及FA对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色斑点;FA进样量在0.01012~0.15180μg范围内与色谱峰峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=8);平均回收率为97.39%(RSD=1.97%)。结论:该鉴别与含量测定方法快速、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于肝宁颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish methods for the identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and determination of Ferulic acid(FA) in Ganning granula. METHODS: The identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was carried out by TLC and the determination of FA was by performed by HPLC. FA was separated on Kromasil ODS-1 C18 column with water-methanol-acetic acid (30 : 69.5 : 0.5) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 322nm, the column temperature was set at room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. RESULTS: The TLC spots of the sample presented the same color as its counterparts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong standard and FA reference substance at the corresponding sites. The linear range of FA was 0.010 12~0.151 80μg( r = 0.999 9, n = 8) . The average recovery was 97.39% (RSD = 1.97%) .CONCLUSION: The methods of identification and content determination were rapid, accurate, specific and reproducible, and which are suitable for the quality control of Ganning granula.
