摘　　要：多元化经营风险来源于盲目的多元化或者低效的多元化,论述企业多元化经营风险形成的危机共振原理、危机滑坡原理与危机触发原理,并引入风险协方差以及协方差矩阵的概念来探讨企业多元化经营风险的度量原理与方法。The article dwells on the source of pluralistic operation risk and points out that it usually originates from blindly investment and management and low-efficiency. It puts forward the resonance principle of crises in the risk formation of pluralistic operation in enterprises, and the principle of crisis sliding and that of crisis touch - off. In addition, the concepts of crises of covariance and covariance matrix are introduced to explore the principle and method in risk measurement for enterprises＇ pluralistic management.
