摘　　要：采用纤维素酶BP-96对纯棉双面针织布进行抛光整理。棉及其混纺针织物采用生物酶抛光整理时必须准确设定酶用量、温度、时间和pH值等工艺参数;针织物煮漂后,应冲洗干净,以免局部pH值过高;酶处理温度最好控制在50℃,pH值控制在4.8左右,酶用量和作用时间则视织物厚薄和设备运转速度而定。Bio-polishing finish of cotton double knitted fabric with cellulase BP-96 was carried out. The attention proceedings for bio-polishing process of cotton and its blended fabric was introduced concerning enzyme dosage, temperature, time, pH value etc. That is rinsing after scouring and bleaching to avoid partial over high pH value. The optimal condition of enzyme treatment is temperature 50 ℃ and pH value about 4.8. The dosage of enzyme and reaction time should depend on fabric thickness and running speed of equipment.
