HEINE视网膜计预测硅油填充眼硅油取出联合IOL植入术后视力的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨HEINE视网膜计预测硅油填充眼硅油取出联合IOL植入术后视力的准确性及临床应用效果。方法:选择行硅油取出联合IOL植入术、资料完整的硅油填充患者24例24眼,用HEINE视网膜计检查,定量评估视网膜功能,预测术后视力。并与术后最佳矫正视力进行对比分析。结果:HEINE视网膜计检查完成率100%。HRVA与Post-BCVA结果符合率58%(14/24),假阳性率38%(9/24),假阴性率4%(1/24)。二者间有正的直线相关关系,相关系数r=0.606,P<0.01。回归方程为HRVA=0.143+0.901Post-BCVA,截距(0.143)的标准误=0.055,t=2.622,P<0.05。结论:HEINE视网膜计预测硅油填充眼硅油取出联合I-OL植入术后视力,具有一定的临床应用价值,可用于指导术前病例的进一步选择;由于存在较高的假阳性,对于预测视力较好的,不能过于乐观的估计术后视力。AIM： To evaluate the efficacy and accuracy of HEINE retinometer in predicting the postoperative visual acuity before the operation of silicone oil removal combined with intraocular lens implantation in silicone oil infusion eyas. METHODS： Twenty-four eyes of 24 cases with silicone oil infusion were selected and examined with HEINE retinometer. All eyes underwent the operation of silicone oil removal combined with intraocular lens implantation. The preoperative predictive visual acuity （HRVA） was compared to the best postoperative corrective visual acuity （post-BCVA）. RESULTS： The HRVA compared to the post-BCVA, they had positive linear correlation （r =0.606, P 〈0.01）, the linear regression equation was as follows： HRVA = 0.143 ＋ 0.901 Post- BCVA; the rate of accordance was 58%, and the false-positive rate was 38%, the false-negative rate was 4%. CONCLUSION： HEINE retinometer is relatively reliable to predict the post-BCVA, can help selecting appropriate cases further, but the false-positive rate is high comparatively.
