准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术后应用典必殊的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察典必殊在准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)后的应用。方法:选取2005-06/2005-12在我院行LASEK术100例200眼,随机分为试验组(典必殊组,3g/L Tobramycin+1g/L Dexamethasone)和对照组(托百士组,3g/L To-bramycin),对两组病例术后角膜刺激症状、上皮愈合情况、视力、Haze程度及眼压情况进行对比观察,应用SPSS12.0软件包采用配对t检验对数据进行统计学分析。结果:试验组术后1、3d角膜刺激症状明显轻于对照组。上皮愈合情况、眼压两组均无明显差异。结论:在准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术合理使用典必殊可以明显减轻术后患者的角膜刺激症状,不会影响角膜上皮的愈合,不增加继发性高眼压的比例。AIM： To investigate the application of TobraDex after laser epithelial keratomileusis （LASEK）. METHODS： Two hundred eyes of 100 patients which had undergone LASEK in our hospital from June, 2005 to December, 2005 were divided into the study group （TobraDex group, 3g/L Tobramycin ＋1g/L dexamethasone） and the control group （TOBREX group, 3g/L tobramycin） at random. The comparison and observation were conducted in terms of corneal irritation, healing of epithelium and intraocular pressure （IOP） in these two groups. RESULTS： Corneal irritation in the study group was much better than that in the control group at postoperative 1 day and 3 day. However, no obvious differences in healing of epithelium and IOP were found. CONCLUSION： TobraDex can alleviate corneal irritation significantly after LASEK, but it will not affect the healing of epithelium, nor increase the ratio of secondary ocular hypertension.
