广州市50岁以上老年人眼病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:拟了解广州市老年人群中各种眼病的发病情况。方法:在广州市老城区对50岁以上自然人群中随机对266人检查视力及矫正视力、裂隙灯显微镜检查、眼底检查和眼压测定。结果:266例受检者中有87人同时患有两种以上眼病,232例受检者患有白内障(87.2%),结膜疾病36例(13.5%),屈光不正24例(9.0%),青光眼或可疑青光眼20例(7.5%),视网膜疾病17例(6.4%),10例受检者未发现异常(3.8%),其余眼病均在10例以下。266例受检者的532眼中,0.05以下视力28眼(5.3%),131眼视力为0.05～0.3(24.6%),373眼视力在0.3以上(70.1%),视力小于0.3的眼中由白内障引起129眼(81.1%);眼压的平均值为14.745mmHg,27眼的眼压在21mmHg(5.1%)以上。结论:白内障为老年人最常见眼病,远高于其他眼病的发病情况;有30%的眼睛视力在0.3以下,约1/4是由白内障引起,在发达城市中目前仍有大量需要手术的白内障患者;有5%的眼睛有发生青光眼的可能。AIM： To research the occurrence of eye diseases in old people in Guangzhou, China. METHODS： A total of 266 people over 50 years old in natural population in the city of Guangzhou were selected to undertake vision, correct vision, slit-lamp microscopy, eye ground and introcular pressure （IOP） examination. RESULTS： Among all the 266 people, 87 people had more than two types of eye diseases, 232 had cataract （87.2%）, 36 had conjunctiva disease （13.5%）, 24 had error of refraction （9.0%）, 20 had glaucoma or suspicious glaucoma （7.5%）, 17 had retina disease （7.5%）, 10 had normalitybe （3.8%）. The other eye diseases occurred in less than 10 cases. Among the 532 eyes of the 266 cases, the vision was less than 0.05 in 28 eyes （5.3%）, 0.05-0.3 in 131 eyes （24.6%） and above 0.3 in 373 eyes （70.1%）. For those with vision less than 0.3, the loss of vision were caused by cataract in 129 eyes （81.1%）. For the 532 eyes of the 266 cases, the average IOP was 14.745mmHg, and 27 eyes （5.1%） had IOP above 21mmHg. CONCLUSION： Cataract is the most commen eye disease and has higher incidence than other eye diseases in old people. Considerable low visions are caused by cataract and many cataract patients still need operation currently in developed city, with glaucoma occurred in some of their eyes.
