943例住院眼外伤病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼外伤的发病率与性别及年龄的关系;眼外伤类型、就诊时间及并发症、后遗症的因果关系。方法对943例患者按年度统计其与眼科住院总数的比例;统计眼外伤性别,职业,各个年龄层的发病率;统计致伤物与眼外伤类型,就诊时间与并发症,后遗症的发病率及严重性。结果显示男性农民,工人发病率最高,20～40岁青壮年占多数,其次为11～20岁青年学生,类型以铁器致眼球穿通伤为最多,因就诊时间太晚,发生眼内炎为最严重的并发症。结论眼外伤患者来自外地各县的例数占80%以上,就诊时间超过3～6天以上超过50%。加强劳保宣传,加强基层眼科技术力量,及时就诊,就地处理,对减少眼外伤的并发症、后遗症很有必要。Objective To investigate the mobidity of ocular trauma; the relationship between trauma and sex and age; the acusality of the trauma type, duration and the complications, prognosis. Methods 943 inpatient cases of ocular trauma were included. The proportions of these cases to the total inpatients of the ophthalmology department were calculated annually . The morbidities were analyzed according to different sexes, occupations, and age stages. The implement inducing trauma and type of trauma, the duration before seeing a doctor, complications rates, sequelae rates and severity were recorded. Results The largest population of trauma is male and worker. Most of patients were at the age of 20 to 40 years. The most of common trauma type is perforating trauma caused by ironic implements. The most serious complication is endophthalmitis because the patients didn＇ t see a doctor in time. Conclusion The patients of ocular trauma came from another counties were over 80%. The duration before seeing a doctor was more than 3 - 6 days in more than 50% of patients. It is essential to strength the education of labor protection and to develop the ophthalmology techniques of basic medical units for ocular trauma managing, to see a doctor in time and to treat in place are very important to reduce and occurrence and severity of complications and sequelae.
