摘 要:目的建立新生化片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil-BDS-C18(5.0mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离;甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸(1∶1∶8)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:313 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.0263-0.1315μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=1.1%(n=5)。结论本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。Objective To set up a method to determine the content of ferulic acid in Xinshenghua tablets. Methods HPLC was used. A Hypersil BDS-C18 (5.0 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) column was used for the separation with the mobile phase of methanol : acetonitrile : water (containing 1% of glacial acetic acid). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 313 nm. The chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 0263-0. 1315 μg (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98. 09% with RSD of 1.13%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of the preparation .
