高效液相色谱法测定新生化片中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立新生化片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil-BDS-C18（5.0mm×200 mm,5μm）色谱柱分离;甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸（1∶1∶8）为流动相;流速：1.0 mL.min-1;柱温：30℃;检测波长：313 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.0263-0.1315μg具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=1.1%（n=5）。结论本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。Objective To set up a method to determine the content of ferulic acid in Xinshenghua tablets. Methods HPLC was used. A Hypersil BDS-C18 （5.0 mm×200 mm, 5 μm） column was used for the separation with the mobile phase of methanol ： acetonitrile ： water （containing 1% of glacial acetic acid）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 313 nm. The chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 0263-0. 1315 μg （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98. 09% with RSD of 1.13%. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of the preparation .
