摘  要:采用田间试验研究了成熟期灌水对烤烟农艺性状、化学成分和致香物质含量的影响。结果表明,随成熟期灌水次数增多,烤烟株高增加,上部叶片扩展程度增大;烤后烟叶中还原糖和钾离子含量升高,烟碱、总氮和氯离子含量降低,大多数致香物质含量都有不同程度提高。本试验条件下,成熟期灌水2~3次可以显著促进烟株生长和上部叶开片,改善烟叶化学成分,提高烟叶致香物质含量。A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of irrigation during maturing stage on agronomic characteristics, chemical components and contents of flavor matter of flue-cured tobacco. The resuits show that, with the increasing of irrigation, the height of tobacco plant was heighten, the length and width of the upper leaves were enlarged, the contents of reducing sugar and potassium in the cured leaves were increased. While the contents of nicotine, total nitrogen and chlorine were decreased compared with not irrigation. It was also found that most of the flavor matters were increased more or less. In this experiment, irrigation 2-3 times at maturing stage could accelerate the growth of tobacco plant and the expand of the upper leaves, improve the chemical components, increase the content of flavor matter of the leaves.
