良性成牙骨质细胞瘤的影像诊断(附1例报告及文献复习)

摘　　要：目的提高对良性成牙骨质细胞瘤影像学表现的认识。方法分析1例经手术病理证实的左下颌良性成牙骨质细胞瘤的X线平片和CT所见,并做文献复习。结果本病的X线平片及CT有特征性表现,CT既能显示骨骼病变累及范围,又能观察病变内部变化。结论X线平片和CT对本病的诊断具有重要意义,且CT优于X线平片。正确诊断有赖于结合临床资料和影像学征象的综合分析。Objective To analyze the imaging findings of benign cementoblastoma so as to elevate the cognition of this disease. Methods X -ray and CT findings of one patient with surgically and pathologically proved benign cementoblastoma（BCB）in left mandibular region were analyzed together with review of the literature. Results BCB had characteristic findings on X - ray and CT images, while CT not only revealed the involvement extent of BCB but depicted the inner changes of BCB. Conclusion X - ray plain film and CT scanning have important significance for diagnosing BCB, simultaneously, CT is superior to X - ray plain film but the definite diagnosis depends on a comprehensive analysis of clinical and imaging data.
