摘　　要：公共项目的实施会降低相关经济活动成本,增加效益,但对其外溢效益往往难以进行经济评价。将公共投资项目衍生的投资机会视为平台型增值期权,以实物期权方法评价其经济价值,可在一定程度上解决上述外溢效益的内部化问题。算例表明,本文方法具有可操作性。public projects will reduce the cost of relative economic activities and raise benefits.However,their excessive benefits are difficult to be economically evaluated.The investment opportunity derived from public investment projects is regarded as platform type multiplied option,and its economic value is evaluated by the real option method so as to solve the above excessive benefit problem in certain degree.Calculating cases show that the present method is practical.
