摘　　要：本研究用从菜籽粕中提取的腈对小白鼠进行毒性大小（LD50）的研究．结果指出：该试验所用的腊用量在200mg/kg体重时，可使个别小鼠死亡，但半致死剂全为518．73mg／kg体重，是一种中低毒腈．A study on the lethal dose 50% of nitrile to mice is made in this paper by using the nitrile extracted from rape. The result shows that it is a low-toxic nitrile to mice when the lethal dose 50% of it is 518. 73 mg/kg and the individual lethal dose is 300 mg/kg.
