摘 要:以我国自己转育成的甜玉米新种质为材料,研究甜玉米的生化成分、优势率和遗传控制。研究结果表明,(1)甜玉米新种质各种生化成分与原始基因型接近,营养价值高,食味品质好;(2)甜玉米品质性状优势率以负(向)优势为主,明显不同于生长势性状的优势率;(3)普甜、甜脆。The new gemplasms of the sweet corn which were transferred and bred by our country were used as experimental materials to study the biochemical constitution,the heterotic rate and genetic control. The results showed:① The new gemplasms had high nutritive value and taste quality and were similar as the protogene type in each biochemical constitution. ② The heterotic rates were negative orientation on the most of quality character,but it was evidently different from the growth vigour character. ③ The external character and the content of sugar were controlled by a pair of recessive gene in the normal sweet,brittle sweet and supersweet corn.
