摘　　要：利用双因素理论分析了高校辅导员队伍目前存在的主要问题,并提出加强和改进辅导员队伍建设的措施。This paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the current counsellor ranks of university by using the two-factor theory, and advances some measures for strengthening and improving the construction of the counsellor ranks.
