摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学技术分别检测非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中VEGFmRNA及其蛋白水平的表达情况,用CD34单克隆抗体标记肿瘤血管计算其微血管密度(MVD),用SPSS10.0软件分析VEGF表达与该肿瘤微血管密度、临床特征及预后的关系。结果(1)20例非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中有14例(70.0%)VEGFmRNA表达上调,13例(65.0%)肿瘤细胞VEGF蛋白表达阳性;(2)VEGF表达与该肿瘤微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.8,p=0.0270);(3)VEGF表达与该肿瘤的临床分期、B症状及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)有关(p=0.034,p=0.013和p=0.007);(4)Cox多因素相关分析显示,年龄>60岁和VEGF表达上调为预后不良因素(p=0.040和p=0.027)。结论VEGF在非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中广泛表达,可能与该肿瘤的临床特征和预后关系密切。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and its clinical significance in unspecified peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Methods VEGF mRNA and expression of VEGF protein were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method and immunohistochemistry, respecitvely. Microvessel density （MVD） was obtained after staining of microvessels using CD34 antibody. SPSS10.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlations between the expression of VEGF and the MVD, and the clinical features and the prognosis of unspecified peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients. Results （ 1 ） Up-regulation of VEGF mRNA was found in 14/20（70.0% ）patients by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method and the tumor cells expressed VEGF protein in 13/20 （65.0%） patients by immunohistochemistry; （2） The expression of VEGF was positively correlated to the MVD of the tumor（ r = 0.8 ,p = 0. 0270） ; （3） VEGF expression was correlated to clinical stages, B symptom or the serum level of lac- tate dehydrogenase （LDH） （p = 0. 034, 0. 013 or 0. 007 ） ; （4） Cox multivariate analysis showed the age of more than 60 years and the positive VEGF expression were independent prognostic factors（p = 0. 040, p = 0. 027）. Conclusion VEGF was widely expressed in unspecified peripheral T-cell lymphoma tissues and might be closely related to clinical features and the prognosis of the tumor.
