关于高校学生管理工作的几点思考

摘　　要：高校学生管理工作者应当高度重视当代大学生的思想行为状况,如价值观错位,自我管理能力差,心理素质滑坡等。把“以人为本”的理念具体落实到学生管理工作中去,就是“以学生为本”,优化学生管理机制,建设一支思想好、业务精、作风正的学生管理工作队伍,进一步开创学生管理工作新局面。The administration personnel should pay high attention to the psychological status and the behavior of college students, such as the displacement of values, the shortage of self - management ability, the decline in psychological quality. To put the ＂people oriented＂ ideas into practice, we should optimize the administrative mechanism of students, found a team of administration personnel with high political quality, professional knowledge and morality.
