液氮治疗牙龈瘤受累牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:既治疗牙龈瘤,又保留牙龈瘤受累牙齿。方法:在局部麻醉或表面麻醉下,使用液氮,采用接触法或棉签法冷冻治疗牙龈瘤1min～3min,重复2个～3个冻融周期。结果:280例患者,有256例治愈,占91.43%,牙龈瘤受累牙齿得到保留,能发挥正常咬合功能。结论:液氮治疗牙龈瘤及受累牙齿是治疗牙龈瘤保留受累牙齿的一种有效方法。Objective To treat epulis and to retain the teeth which suffer from epulis. Methods After Local anaesthesia or surface anaesthesia, liguid nitrogen was used and then contact or swab method was applied. Cryotherapy Lasted 1 -3 minutes and was repeated in 2 -3 periods. Results Among 280 cases,256 were cured,and the curative rate is 91.43%. The teeth were retained and could give full play to bite. Conclusion Fluid nitrogen cryopreservation is an effective method to treat and retain the relevant teeth.
