高校民族传统体育专业师资现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对全国25所高校民族传统体育专业教师的数量现状、结构现状、科研现状进行研究,结合历史原因、社会现实,对现状进行分析,并就如何改善高校民族传统体育专业师资现状,提出相应的对策。This article providea an overview of the integrated use of literature law, survey law, visit the law, for sev-eral statistical law, logic analysis, the creation of the National 25 traditional ethnic sports professional colleges status of teachers, the status quo structure, the status of research conducted a comprehensive, in-depth and meticulous researcho Combination of historical reasons, social reality, analyse these phenomena and propose appropriate coun-termeasures on how to improve teacher professional status of traditional ethnic sports.
