中西医结合神经康复技术治疗持续植物状态疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合中西医神经康复技术治疗持续植物状态（PVS）的疗效。方法41例PVS患者随机分为观察组21例和对照组20例。观察组给予醒脑开窍针刺、推拿按摩及关节松动、电磁物理因子刺激、躯干肢体易化训练以及中西医神经营养药物治疗;对照组给予神经营养、促醒药物及高压氧等治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗1-3个月后,观察组痊愈或基本痊愈7例、显效8例、好转5例、无效1例,显效率71.4%,有效率95.2%;对照组痊愈或基本痊愈3例、显效5例、好转6例、无效6例,显效率40%,有效率70.0%,两组间显效率及有效率比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。PVS评分观察组提高（7.46±1.32）分,对照组提高（4.59±1.21）分,两组间差异有非常高度显著性意义（P〈0.001）。结论针刺结合中西医神经康复技术可促进PVS患者苏醒,改善其预后。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with integrated Chinese-Western neuromuscular facilitation technique on persistent vegetative state （PVS）. Methods 41 PVS cases were randomly divided into the observation group （n=21） and control group （n=20）. The observation group was treated with acupuncture, neuromuscular facilitation technique combined with reasonable obligatory exercise, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, manipulation treatment and Chinese medicine. The control group was treated with the Western and Chinese medicines, and hyperbaric oxygen. Results After 1- 3 months treatment, 7 cases cured,8 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective in the observation group with a total markedly effective rate （71.4%） and effective rate （95.2%）. While, in the control group, 3 cases cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective and total markedly effective rate was 40 %, effective rate was 70 %. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the total markedly effective rate and the effective rate （P 〈0.05）. The average PVS score increased by 7.46±1.22 in the observation group and 4.59± 1.21 in the control group. Also there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. 001）. Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture combined with integrated Chinese.Western neuromuscular facilitation technique can markedly promote PVS patients coming round and improve patients prognosis.
