152例脑瘫患儿脑电图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑瘫患儿的脑电图异常分类及脑电图与脑瘫类型之间的关系。方法采用国际10/20系统电极放置法,为152例脑瘫患儿做脑电图检查并分析。结果152例脑瘫患儿的脑电图异常率为40.13%;脑瘫分型中不随意运动型的脑电图异常率较低,为8.33%,痉挛型偏瘫患儿的脑电图异常率较高,为71.43%。结论脑瘫患儿的脑电图异常率与其脑损伤部位有关。Objective To explore the classification of abnormal electroencephalogram of children with cerebral palsy （CP） and the relationship between the electroencephalogram and the CP type. Methods 152 CP children were examined with the electroencephalogram. The data of electroencephalogram were analyzed. Results The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of 152 CP children was 40.13 %. The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the children with athetoid was lower （8.33 %）. The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the children with spastity hemiplegia was higher （71.43 %）. Conclusion The abnormal electroencephalogram rate of the CP children is related with the location of cerebral injury.
