摘　　要：目的:探讨PLA2G6基因多态性与偏执型精神分裂症的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法,在109个偏执型精神分裂症患者核心家系中检测PLA2G6基因上的3个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)(rs2235346、rs2272831和rs2284060)。运用单倍型相对风险(HRR)分析和传递不平衡分析(TDT)方法进行关联分析。结果:所检测的3个SNPs的基因型在患者组和父母组中频数分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。HRR和TDT分析均表明,rs2272831位点与偏执型精神分裂症相关联(χ2=5.590,υ=1,P=0.018;χ2=5.333,υ=1,P=0.021),而rs2235346和rs2284060位点与偏执型精神分裂症无关联。结论:PLA2G6基因可能是偏执型精神分裂症的易感基因。Objective： To investigate the association between PLA2G6 gene polymorphism and paranoid schizophrenia. Method：Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） based restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） was applied to genotype 3 single nueleotide polymorphisms （SNPs, rs2235346, rs2272831 and rs2284060） of PLA2G6 gene among 109 pedigrees consisting of fathers, mothers and affected offsprings with paranoid schizophrenia. Haplotype relative risk （HRR） and transmission disequilibrium test （TDT） were conducted to analyze the association between PLA2G6 gene polymorphisms and paranoid schizophrenia. Results： The genotype frequency of the 3 SNPs did not deviate from Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium in patient group and parent group. Both HRR and TDT showed that locus rs227283 lwasassociatedwithparanoidschizophrenia（Χ^2 = 5. 590, v = 1, P = 0.018 ; Χ^2 = 5. 333, v = 1, P = 0. 021 ）, however, there was no association between locus rs2235346 or rs2284060 and paranoid schizophrenia. Conclusion： PLA2G6 gene may be the susceptive gene of paranoid schizophrenia.
