摘　　要：随着高等教育的发展,高校办公室工作越来越显得重要和特殊。因此,办公室人员从主任到普通工作人员都应该立足本职工作,加强自身全面素质修养以适应工作的需要。本文从政治素质、业务素质和身心素质阐述了高校办公室工作人员的素质要求。With the development of higher education, the office-managements at universities become more and more important and unique. The staff in the office of universities should finish their regular work and manage to enhance their work. This article discusses the political qualities, professional skills and mental qualities that the staff in the office of universities should be qualified with.
