摘　　要：目的研究p16INK4a蛋白表达与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术对89例宫颈癌组织中p16INK4a蛋白表达进行检测。结果89例宫颈癌组织中p16INK4a蛋白表达的阳性率为65.2%(58/89)。p16INK4a蛋白阳性表达率与宫颈癌病理分化程度间的差别有显著性(P<0.05),与宫颈癌的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及病人的5年生存率间的差别有显著性(P<0.01)。结论p16INK4a蛋白的表达缺失与宫颈癌的恶性程度、进展和预后不良有关。p16INK4a蛋白可以作为研究宫颈癌进展的重要指标之一。Objective To discuss the expression of p16^INK4a protein and its clinical pathological characteristics in the cervical cancer. Methods The expression of p16^INK4a protein in 89 cases of cervical cancer by immunohistochemieal staining. Results p16^INK4a protein positive express rate was 65.2% （58/89）, the expression of p16^INK4a protein was significantly difference in pathological differentiation （P〈0.05）, FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis and survival time in cervical cancer cases （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Expression of p16^INK4a protein may be a indication for the prognosis of cervical cancer.
