摘 要:以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,以未经精制处理的丙烯酸丁酯为接枝单体,在水相介质中制备了丙烯酸丁酯接枝玉米淀粉。研究了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂和单体的加入方式等对接枝反应的影响;对产物进行了红外光谱分析;用偏光显微镜观察了原淀粉和接枝产物的结晶结构。结果表明:随着反应温度的升高,产物的接枝率和接枝效率先升高后降低;反应时间在3.5h之前时,接枝率和接枝效率随着反应时间的延长而增大,之后随着反应时间的延长几乎没有变化。Butyl acrylate ( BA) was grafted polymerized onto starch by using ammonium ceric nitrate as initiator in aqueous medium. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and the sequence of putting into monomer and initiator on the graft ratio and the graft efficiency was studied. Results showed that the graft ratio and the graft efficiency first increase and then decrease with the increase of temperature; the graft ratio and the graft efficiency increase with reaction time up to 3.5 h and then level off; if the initiator is add- ed first, the graft ratio and graft efficiency are also higher. The product was determinated by infrared { IR} spectroscopy and the crystal structures of natural starch and grafting products were studied by a polarizing microscope. It was found that the crystal structures of starch were greatly destroyed after the grafting reaction.
