摘  要:目的探讨不同年级大学生社会支持与应对方式情况及两者的关系。方法用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和应对方式问卷对大学四个年级学生共400例作调查分析。结果一、四年级学生相对于其他年级学生获得更多的客观支持,一年级学生的支持利用度最高;二、三年级学生采用自责、退避、合理化应对较其它年级多,一年级学生采用幻想应对较多;各年级学生解决问题和求助的应对方式与社会支持均呈显著正相关,其中支持利用度与求助的相关程度最高;除大一学生的幻想应对与社会支持呈不显著的正相关外,各年级消极应对方式(自责、合理化、退避、幻想)均与社会支持呈负相关。结论社会支持和应对方式在不同年级大学生中各有特点,且各年级中两者的相互作用是不同的,说明应激相关因素的作用是多途径的。Objective To compare the social support and coping styles and explore the relationshipbetween them in four grades of college students. Methods SSRS and Coping Styles Scale were administrated to 400 students of different grades. Results The objective social support score of the fresh and senior were higher than the other two grades, the social support' Utilization score of the fresh was the highest; The self-blame, avoidance and rationalization score of coping style were taken more frequently by sophomore and junior than that of other two grades; fresh more adopted illusion coping; The coping style had significant positive correlation with social support such as solving problem and seeking help coping, and the correlation between seeking help and the degree of social support' Utilization was the highest; Except illusion coping of fresh was correlated with social support positively, negative coping such as self-blame, avoidance illusion and rationalization of other grades were all correlated with social support negatively. Conclusion The social support and the coping style and the mutual influence between them in four grades are different, which reveals that the effect-way among factors in stress is various.
