摘　　要：丰田生产方式是一个较完整的生产管理技术与方法体系。但是,目前关于整个体系的深入研究尚不足。文章从过程技术的角度,给出了制造过程设计的概念。并且提出丰田生产方式“4P”模型的“流程”层面就是制造过程设计的观点。最后,详细阐述了“流程”的各个实施阶段,为下一步制造过程的建模工作打下基础。As a relative integrated production management technology and method system, Toyota Production System need a further research. Based on process technology, the concept of Design for Manufacturing Process（DFMP）is brought forward. Furthermore, it is presented the ＂Process＂ layer in ＂4P＂ modle is the DFMP. Finally, it analys every phase of the ＂Process＂ detailedly, which brings a base for manufacturing process modeling.
